WARRANTY
CordKeep'r warrants this product to be free from manufacturing
defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of this product.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear or to damage resulting from
accident, abnormal use, misuse, abuse or neglect. Any defective product
will be replaced at no charge. All warranty returns should be sent prepaid,
please include $4.95 for shipping and handing, to: CordKeep'r P.O. Box 411 Hermann MO 65041. However CordKeep'r shall not be liable
for any damages, whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising
out of the use of, or inability to use, this product. Some states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
